Organic skincare brand based on the Isle of Lewis, ishga, offers luxury seaweed skincare with ingredients sourced locally from The Hebrides. Ishga operates online, currently trading to the UK, USA and Australia, with further expansion plans in the near future. The skincare brand also partners with hotels and leisure clubs all over the UK offering exclusive treatments and products with leading spas including the Blythswood Square Hotel, Fairmont St Andrews and The Balmoral to name just a few.

Our work with ishga began in November 2019, but already our relationship has been a very successful one. We’ve seen great results from the Black Friday and Christmas campaigns, and have exciting plans in the pipeline for 2020.
Starting off at a peak month for retailers with Black Friday on the horizon, meant we had to work fast to get campaign plans in place before the busiest e-commerce season of the year began – and our work paid off. ishga saw an impressive 50% rise in online Black Friday sales and a massive 300% increase in sales for December 2019 vs the previous year.
As a retainer client, ishga receives ongoing marketing support to help improve their online presence, increase brand awareness across their global markets, drive traffic to their website and ultimately increase online sales. Our marketing activity online also helps to drive B2B leads, an area which the brand is looking to grow over the coming years. Email marketing, social media and paid online advertising all lend themselves very well to e-commerce brands and have proven effective channels for ishga to meet their objectives and exceed targets year on year.
